Vanilla Yogurt:
14
ounces
Plain Greek Yogurt
2
tablespoons
granulated sugar
1
tablespoon
pure vanilla extract
Instructions
First, wash your fruit and slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
To make the vanilla yogurt, add the plain Greek yogurt, sugar and vanilla to a mixing bowl and whip to combine until light and fluffy.
In a glass or a bowl, layer and alternate the vanilla yogurt, granola, strawberries and blueberries. This recipe will make 2 large parfaits.
