Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. I sprinkle a few drops of water on my cookie sheet before placing the parchment paper so it sticks.
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients except for the cranberry sauce. Mix well until cookie dough forms.
Place rounded tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the parchment lined cookie sheet. Use your thumb to create a “dimple” in each cookie.
Fill each cookie dimple with the cranberry sauce.
Place the cookies on the center rack in the preheated oven and bake for 10 – 14 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool on cooling rack for 10 minutes.
