  1. Wash and drain the cranberries.
  2. Combine the apple juice, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, ginger and allspice in a large saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently to combine ingredients.
  4. As soon as it starts to boil, add the cranberries to the pan. Simmer over medium heat for up to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the sauce starts to splatter, reduce heat.
Recipe Notes

Do not cook longer than 15 minutes or the sauce will start to become gelatinous.
