Ingredients

baby carrots

honey

olive oil

minced garlic
2 cloves

nutmeg

tsp
cinnamon
salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat your oven to either 425 or 450 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on how much “char” you would like on your carrots.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a gallon size storage bag, add the honey, olive oil, garlic, cinnamon and nutmeg, then shake to mix ingredients.
Add the baby carrots the bag and shake to coat the carrots. Pour onto the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Place the carrots into the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
