Ingredients

medium head of cauliflower
cut into florets
1
tablespoon
minced garlic
3
tablespoons
olive oil

tsp
parsley
1/2
tsp
rosemary
1/4
tsp
Thyme
1/3
cup
Parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place olive oil, garlic, parsley and rosemary in a large storgage bag. Add cauliflower and shake to mix.
Pour onto baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Carefully remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
