  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Toss the green beans and minced garlic in olive oil and place them on the foil. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the foil up on the sides to create a “boat” for the green beans, leaving an opening to vent.
  3. Leave the foil pack on the baking sheet and place in the oven on the center rack. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 – 40 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and carefully open foil pack, there will be steam. Stir and transfer to a serving dish. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Recipe Notes

If you would like them a bit more caramelized, you can leave them in the oven for an extra 5 – 10 minutes.
