Ingredients
1cupmilk room temperature
1/2cupunsalted butter softened or melted
3cupsall-purpose flour
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
2teaspoonskosher salt
1tablespoongranulated sugar
1/4oz.Active Dry Yeast
Instructions
Add the room temperature milk and softened or melted butter to the bread pan. I microwaved the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the yeast, to the bread pan.
Make a small depression into the flour with your finger and add the dry yeast to the depression. Make sure you do not allow the yeast to come in contact with any liquids.
Select the basic setting on the bread machine and the light crust option, then press start. My bread machine took 3 hours and 45 minutes.
Once the bread is finished, allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
