Cinnamon Honey Nut Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats dry
  • 3/4 cup raw unsalted almonds chopped or sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir to combine the chopped almonds and dry oats. In a separate bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir well to combine. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the oats and almonds and stir until the oats are moist.
  • Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, stirring half way through.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pan until it reaches room temperature. Once cooled, transfer to a bowl and serve or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
