Ingredients
1lb.shrimpraw, peeled and deveined.
2tbspolive oil
1tbspminced garlic4 - 5 cloves
1tspItalian seasoning
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, add the olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning, then stir to combine.
Place the shrimp onto the prepared baking sheet. Pour the olive oil mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat the shrimp. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 - 12 minutes, depending on the size of your shrimp, or until they are opaque and have turned pink. *see cooking times by size located under "Shrimp Cooking Times" in the how-to section just above the recipe card.
Serve with lemon wedges, cocktail sauce or toss into another dish and enjoy!
Notes
If you are using frozen shrimp, defrost them in the refrigerator overnight or thaw them by running them under cold water for a few minutes.
