Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the broccoli florets onto the prepared baking sheet and spray or toss with avocado oil. Arrange the broccoli into a single layer, without crowding, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place onto the center rack of your preheated oven and roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
While the broccoli is in the oven, make the garlic sesame sauce. Add the minced garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, crushed red pepper, tamari, sesame oil, and apple cider vinegar to a small bowl, then whisk to combine.
After the broccoli has roasted for 12 minutes, carefully remove from the oven and drizzle with the garlic sesame sauce, then stir or toss to combine.
Return the broccoli to the oven and roast for an additional 5 - 10 minutes, or until the broccoli is cooked to your liking. Serve immediately and enjoy!
