This easy cinnamon dolce latte recipe without syrup can be a dairy-free and sugar-free skinny latte for a delicious cinnamon latte at home!

Ingredients
2ouncesespresso (see notes)
1/4teaspooncinnamon plus extra sprinkle on top (see notes)
6ouncesmilk (see notes)
1teaspoonsweetener add more to taste (see notes)
Instructions
Brew two shots of espresso or make 2 ounces of espresso and pour into a mug.
Combine the milk, cinnamon, and sugar in a microwave-safe mug or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, then poke a hole in the plastic to vent. Steam the milk in the microwave for 1 minute, or until the milk is hot.
Remove the plastic and froth with a milk frother or whisk until foamy. Pour the steamed sweet cinnamon milk into the mug with the espresso. Top with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and add additional sweetener if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Espresso - I use organic dark roast coffee beans that I grind at home to make my espresso. You can use the coffee of your choice, including instant espresso if that is your preference. Feel free to make a larger latte. I make triple espresso lattes all the time!
Cinnamon - I use organic Ceylon cinnamon.
Milk - I use unsweetened almond milk or flax milk to make skinny lattes. You can use the milk of your choice, whether it be plant-based milk or regular milk. You can use more or less milk depending on how strong you like your latte.
Sweetener - I use stevia or monk fruit to sweeten my coffee. You can use the sweetener of your choice. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
Note: For a more flavorful latte, I use vanilla almond milk and stevia brown sugar.
