Cranberry Mimosa Poinsettia

A Cranberry Mimosa, or "Poinsettia", is a wonderful treat during the holiday season. This festive cocktail is perfect for Christmas brunch!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
  • 4 oz. cranberry juice
  • frozen cranberries
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Plop 4 - 6 frozen cranberries into each champagne flute.
  • Pour 2 ounces of chilled cranberry juice over the cranberries, then pour 3 ounces of chilled champagne into each glass.
  • Garnish with 1 sprig of fresh rosemary per glass and serve.

Notes

A single serve "split" is just over 6 ounces, so it will make 2 mimosas. A half bottle will make 4. A full 750ml bottle will make 8 cocktails.
