Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. You can make the Garlic Herb Butter in advance or while the oven is preheating.
Slice the baguette crosswise into ½ inch to ¾ inch thick pieces. Spread each slice evenly with the garlic butter and place onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until golden. You can bake them longer if you want them to be crisper, like crostini. Serve and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce if desired! (see notes)
