- ¼ cup Sunflower Tahini or sunflower butter as a substitute.
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar (optional - See Notes)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper (add more to taste)
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper optional
- I used stevia brown sugar to make it a low-carb, sugar-free salad dressing. You can also use regular sugar or honey as a substitute, or omit the sweetener completely for a more savory salad dressing.
- This creamy sunflower seed dressing complements many types of salads, and it is also great as a dip for bread or poured over veggies, pasta, tofu, chicken, or seafood.
