There are so many ways to enjoy your whole wheat cinnamon raisin bread. First, this bread is great for breakfast! It makes such an easy grab and go. Personally, I like my bread toasted. I just pop it in the toaster, then spread some butter on it. Another great way to use this bread is to make french toast… cinnamon raisin french toast! This bread also goes really well with an afternoon cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy your bread while it is fresh and warm, then wrap the rest of the loaf in tin foil or a storage bag after it has completely cooled and you will have raisin bread for several days.

Instructions to make Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread in the bread machine:
First, add the liquids, water, milk, beaten eggs and softened butter to the bread pan. Then, add all of the dry ingredients, except the yeast, to the bread pan. Next, make a small depression in the center of the flour and pour the dry yeast into the depression. Make sure the yeast does not touch any liquids.
Set your bread machine to the “Basic” and “Wheat” settings. Close the lid and press start. Feel free to go about your day, there is nothing else that you need to do. The bread machine does all the work for… How nice is that? Once the bread is finished, allow it to cool for 10 minutes.

I made this bread today, my husband and I both were impressed. I was able to get two large loaves. I used the dough setting. I did a few changes, in n 1/8 cup of water, 2 tsp dry yeast, and one spoon of sugar, I let it work for about 5 minutes and put it on the top of the dry ingredients. I also raised it once more and then put it in the pans for the last raise. I will add more raisins. Thank you so much for this recipe. I will definitely make this again. My husband just said very choice bread.
