Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Blue Curaçao
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Vodka divided (1/2 ounce in shaker, 1/2 ounce for frozen mix)
  • 1/2 oz. Midori sour

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the Blue Curaçao, lemon juice, and 1/2 ounce of vodka. Shake it for about 20 seconds, then pour it into a tall cocktail glass.
  • Add about a half cup of ice to a blender, then pour in the Midori sour and the last 1/2 ounce of vodka. Blend into a frozen mix, then slowly pour over the blue cocktail.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist and fresh mint if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
