Ingredients
2cupspineapple chunksfresh or frozen
1cupunsweetened coconut milk
1mediumripe bananafresh or frozen
1tbsppure vanilla extract
Instructions
Add the banana and pineapple chunks to the blender. Then pour in the coconut milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple. Serve immediately or pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 - 2 days.
Notes
If you are wanting an alcoholic beverage, you can also add a shot of rum with the other liquids.
