Avocado Yogurt Dip is creamy, healthy, and delicious! Packed with protein and flavor, this easy avocado dip recipe is ready in 5 minutes.
This creamy avocado dip is made with Greek yogurt to add a healthy dose of protein, probiotics, and extra creaminess! You can use it as a dip for chips and veggies, as a topping for tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas, nachos, or anything else that you would normally top with guacamole. You can also use it as a spread for avocado toast or sandwiches, and it is great with eggs!
If I use this avocado yogurt dip as a substitute for guacamole with a Mexican meal, I will often pair it with my Restaurant Style Salsa or Chipotle Corn Salsa. I sometimes serve all three with Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos or Pork Carnitas Tacos. This creamy avocado yogurt is perfect for adding additional protein to vegetarian tacos, like these delicious Sweet Potato Tacos or these flavorful Chipotle Cauliflower Tacos. However you choose to serve it, I hope you enjoy the creamy avocado dip!
