These Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies are moist and delicious! Cranberries and oats go so well together and give these cookies some healthy nutrients too! These cookies are great for breakfast, dessert, an afternoon snack, or whenever you need a little something sweet. They are also wonderful cookies to make during the holiday season.
Cranberry oatmeal cookies are so quick and easy to make. 15 minutes is all it takes! My daughter helped me create this recipe and as proud as she is of these yummy cookies, Mommy is even more proud of her little cookie monster for helping. I hope that you will enjoy these cookies as much as we did!

Ingredients needed to make Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies:
- quick oats
- dried cranberries
- all-purpose flour
- unsalted butter
- brown sugar
- eggs
- pure vanilla extract
- baking soda
- baking powder
- salt
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- applesauce
How to make Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies:
First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in the microwave then transfer to a large mixing bowl. Stir in the brown sugar until combined. Beat the eggs, vanilla extract and applesauce into the sugar and butter. Add the dry quick oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl and mix well to combine all ingredients. Finally, stir in the dried cranberries.
Drop heaping, rounded tablespoons onto the parchment lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Place the baking sheet on the center rack of your preheated oven and bake for 8 – 12 minutes. Baking times may vary depending on your oven and the size of your cookies. You can bake a small batch first if you want to be sure.
Allow the cookies to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
