Cilantro Lime Crema

Cilantro Lime CremaCilantro Lime Crema can be used as a healthy dip for chips and veggies or as a topping for tacos, burritos, quesadillas or nachos. It is flavorful and has a nice tangy zing to it that really helps cool down spicy dishes.

This Cilantro Lime Crema is made using Greek yogurt and only requires 5 ingredients. It is also super quick and easy to make, you can whip it up in just a few short minutes using a food processor or a blender. While crema is actually more sour than sour cream, it makes a great healthy substitute for the sour cream that you would normally top many Mexican dishes to neutralize the heat. I made it to top my baked vegetarian nachos and they were a big hit! It is also great with my Cajun Shrimp Tacos.
