Have some extra cranberry sauce that you don’t know what to do with? Don’t let that cranberry sauce go to waste. How about making some Cranberry Dimple Cookies! The combination of the sweet cookie and tart cranberry sauce is such a nice and refreshing contrast. These cranberry dimple cookies are great for the holiday season!
If you want to make these cookies but don’t have any leftover cranberry sauce, just make your own fresh cranberry sauce. The cranberry sauce is so quick and easy and can be made in 15 minutes. If you do not like or are allergic to peanuts, just omit the peanut butter. You can even make these cookies without the cranberry sauce as they are great cookies just plain. You could also change it up and add some strawberry jam instead of the cranberry sauce. Be creative and have fun with it! I hope you enjoy!

How to make Cranberry Dimple Cookies:
First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. I sprinkle a few drops of water on my cookie sheet before placing the parchment paper so it sticks.
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients except for the cranberry sauce. Mix well until cookie dough forms. Place rounded tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the parchment lined cookie sheet. Use your thumb to create a “dimple” in each cookie. Fill each cookie dimple with the cranberry sauce. Place the cookies on the center rack in the preheated oven and bake for 10 – 14 minutes. Oven times may vary depending on your oven and size of cookies. Allow cookies to cool on cooling rack for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
