I love cauliflower… it is so versatile! I can find so many things to do with it. One of my favorite ways to prepare cauliflower is to simply roast it. Roasting the cauliflower brings out so much of the fabulous flavor. And I just love the little crispy bits, yummy! Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic and Rosemary… I have used many different spices when making roasted cauliflower but this one might be my favorite. The garlic and rosemary really add a nice touch to this dish. The parmesan cheese gives the roasted cauliflower even more flavor and makes it crispier. Yum!
This recipe is so quick and easy. Roasted cauliflower makes such a wonderful and healthy side dish to accompany any meal. It also makes a great healthy snack! Personally, when I have roasted cauliflower as a snack, I love to dip it in Greek yogurt.
