Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Ceylon cinnamon powder (or regular cinnamon as a substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  • Add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves to a spice jar or small mason jar. Seal the jar and shake well to combine.
You can also add all the ingredients to a bowl, stir well to combine, then store in an airtight container. This is the best way to make a larger batch since you can easily double, triple, or quadruple the ingredients, and adjust to your taste.

Notes

Pumpkin spice is a versatile spice blend. You can add it to bread and muffins, desserts, breakfast recipes, and even savory dinner recipes like pasta.
