Notes

Plant-based Smoothie Bowl
You can use the yogurt of your choice, including dairy-free alternatives, to make this smoothie bowl completely plant-based.
How to thicken or thin your smoothie
  • If you would like a thicker pumpkin yogurt smoothie, more like pudding, you can either reduce the milk to 1/3 cup or add an additional tablespoon of chia seeds to soak up more of the liquid and add more protein and fiber to your bowl.
  • If you would like a thinner smoothie, just add a little more milk.
Smoothie Bowl Toppings
  • Fruit - chopped or sliced apples, pears, or the fruit of your choice.
  • Cinnamon Honey Nut Granola
  • Chai Spice - You can use this as a substitute for the cinnamon and pumpkin spice, or just add a sprinkle on top.
  • Seeds - Pepitas/pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or hemp hearts.
  • Nuts - I always include lots of nuts!
