Everyone wants healthy glowing skin, right? I know I do! So, I did some research to find the best ingredients for your skin. My research helped me to create this Healthy Glow Salad. Not only is it healthy and great for your skin, but it is also absolutely delicious!
This salad combines some of the best ingredients for your skin. It is filled with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, healthy vegetarian protein, and healthy fats. It’s also heart-healthy and has anti-inflammatory properties. I used all fresh, organic ingredients to make my salad. This helps to ensure that I am not putting any undesirables into my body.
To make this salad a total package, I made my own green goddess dressing that is filled with more healthy ingredients to help boost the nutritional value and add lots of yummy flavors. The dressing is made with ingredients that are also beneficial to the skin like Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, fresh spinach, and basil. The combination of the salad ingredients and the dressing ingredients equals one healthy super salad!
This salad really is wonderful for your whole body… and your taste buds too!
