Ingredients needed to make a Cafe Latte Milkshake:

  • 1 cup cold coffee – I like to make mine strong.
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup – Add more if you want to make it a Mocha Latte!
  • Optional: whipped cream topping

How to make a Cafe Latte Milkshake:

To make the cold coffee, brew your coffee as you normally would then refrigerate for 1 hour or until it is cold. Alternatively, you can brew a strong cup of coffee and pour it over ice to cool it off fast. Just make sure that you make it strong since the hot coffee will melt the ice and dilute it. Add the cold coffee, ice cream and chocolate syrup to a blender and blend for 10 – 15 seconds. Pour into a large glass and top with whipped cream if you desire. Enjoy!
