How to Make Herbed Garlic Butter
To make this herbed garlic butter, first soften the butter by placing it in a microwave-safe dish, then microwave it in 15-second intervals until the butter is very soft but not melted.
Once the butter is softened, stir in the garlic and herbs and mix well to combine. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

How to Store Garlic Butter
You can use the butter while soft to add to various things, such as bread. If not using immediately, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. As an alternative, you can create a butter log or roll by placing the butter in plastic wrap and rolling it into a log shape. Chill the butter log in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight until the butter is solid, then slice the butter into discs to use as desired.
