Fall flavors are the best! This fall ingredient list includes my favorite fall recipes to celebrate the season with pumpkin, spice, and more!

Fall has arrived, and the flavors of fall hold a special place in my heart. I love pumpkins, cinnamon, spice, and everything nice!
During the fall, the kitchen smells delicious, feels warm and cozy, and is filled with fall flavors and lots of love. Autumn is also when my daughter and I make memories baking in the kitchen, since the fall season is her favorite as well. Some of the first recipes we made together are these Healthy Oatmeal Muffins with apples and pears, and these Easy Cheddar Biscuits are still her favorite recipe.
To celebrate our favorite season, I’ve created a list of fall ingredients and included some easy fall recipes to help you fill your autumn plate with fall harvest goodies. I hope you enjoy and have a happy fall season filled with all things yummy!

Fall Flavors List
Fall brings a wonderful variety of flavors, and there are so many delicious and nutritious fall ingredients to choose from. This fall flavors list includes fresh fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, and more. I hope that the following fall ingredient guide will help you make your fall shopping list when you head out to the grocery store or farmers’ market to enjoy the fall harvest season.
Fall Fruits and Vegetables
Fall fruits and vegetables thrive in cooler weather. Apples, cranberries, pears, pumpkins, squash, sweet potatoes, corn, radishes, cruciferous vegetables, and dark leafy greens like spinach are all examples of fresh fall produce. See the complete fall ingredient list below.
Apples
While apples are available year-round, most apples are harvested in the fall. We love apple picking so much that we planted an apple tree in our backyard!

Broccoli
Broccoli is a fall harvest crop since it grows best in cooler weather. This Garlic Sesame Broccoli makes a delicious and flavorful side dish.
Cauliflower
Cauliflower is typically harvested during the fall and winter months. Cauliflower is a versatile fall vegetable that can be used in many recipes, like this Creamy Cauliflower Risotto.
Cinnamon and Spice
Cinnamon is my favorite fall spice, with pumpkin spice and Chai Spice closely following, maybe because they both contain cinnamon.
Corn
Corn is an autumn harvest vegetable that is quick and easy to make, plus it can be added to almost any meal. Try making this easy Roasted Corn on the Cob in the Husks.
Cranberries
Cranberries are a fall harvest berry and a popular ingredient during the holiday season. These Cranberry Mimosas are perfect for fall holidays, including Thanksgiving.
Herbs
Fall herbs include sage, thyme, rosemary, and chives, all of which are cold-hardy perennials.
Mushrooms
Fall mushrooms such as porcini and oyster mushrooms thrive in the cooler temperatures of fall. Try making these Bourbon Mushrooms.
Nuts and Seeds
I love nuts and seeds, and I eat them like a squirrel! These Spiced Rum Nuts and Chili Lime Pepitas are a great way to celebrate the fall season!

Pears
Pears are my favorite fall fruit, and pears are wonderful served fresh or cooked. Try using them to make a Pear Salad or Baked Pears.
Pumpkins
Pumpkins must be the most popular fall ingredient. I have made so many fall pumpkin recipes, including these Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Radishes
Radishes thrive in cooler weather and, depending on the variety, can be a winter, spring, or fall vegetable. These Rosemary Roasted Radishes make a deliciously healthy side dish.
Spinach
Spinach is a cool-weather crop that is super nutritious and versatile. I add it to so many things, including this Basil Spinach Pesto.
Squash
Autumn squash can be used in many fall recipes, and they also make beautiful fall decor! Try this Spinach Alfredo Spaghetti Squash for a lovely vegetarian meal.
Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are nutritious and a wonderful fall ingredient that is a staple in many kitchens. Try making these yummy Sweet Potato Tacos.
